About the Role :

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our client relations team at NEXWORK PRIVATE LIMITED. You will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, successful onboarding, and measurable results from our digital marketing and technology services.

The ideal candidate should be client-focused, proactive, and able to turn relationships into long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do...

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client goals and ensure our services deliver measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate with SEO, social media, design, and development teams to meet client needs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights with regular reports.
  • Handle escalations, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Qualifications...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, PPC, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Experience...

  • 3–6 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer success.
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or IT company is a plus.
