About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our development team at NEXWORK PRIVATE LIMITED. This role requires both technical expertise and strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing backend and frontend development, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and mentoring engineers to achieve excellence.

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving technology strategy, improving processes, and building scalable digital solutions for our diverse range of clients.

What You’ll Do...

  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers and engineers.
  • Define technical strategy, architecture, and best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to align technology with business goals.
  • Oversee code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Implement modern tools, frameworks, and methodologies for efficiency.
  • Drive innovation while maintaining scalability, security, and performance.

Qualifications...

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong technical background in backend/frontend technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, React, Angular, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with databases, APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and ability to guide cross-functional teams.

Experience...

  • 6–10 years of professional software development experience.
  • 3+ years in a team leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale software projects.
