About the Role :
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at NEXWORK PRIVATE LIMITED. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that power our digital marketing platforms, automation systems, and client projects.
You will also mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
What You’ll Do...
- Design and develop robust backend and frontend applications.
- Work with databases, APIs, and cloud platforms to build scalable systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Optimize applications for speed, security, and reliability.
Qualifications...
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
Experience...
- 4–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven experience in leading projects or mentoring junior engineers.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
